How to create a workflow that will reactivate resolved cases at the same time

Hi Experts,

Im trying to figure out how to reactivate resolved cases using workflow at the same time. 

Currently , we need to open the case one at a time just to reactivate it. But what we need to accomplish is to use a workflow that will reactivate it without needing to open the case.

    Hi,

    Opening the case do you mean opening the case form then you can do it by creating on demand workflow.

    And in workflow you can change the status of record to In Progress which will reactivate the case.

    It was able to reactivate the case. Then i tried it to close it as resolved. but when exit in the case window. it doesnt save the information. tried to open the case. and the information was not saved.

    Sorry its all good now. i  missed the adding Conditonal statement. hehehe
