How to create Team and user?

Hai dudes,

I have one question.  I need to create team . And create User under that Particular team. Eg suppose one Customer order product from our company through one my user eg User1. That User1 is coming under Team1 . so that order of customer is goes to Team1 and order taken by User1. For that I need to create team and each team contain users. how shall I do this?

    At the time of User creation , you map BU with user. by default that user will be add in BU's Team.(It is defauly functionality of CRM. We can not change it).

    You can create a new Team, and that team should be map with BU.

    You can  add user in that team according to your requirement.

    settings->security->teams->new

    create new team,

    you can add users to the team.

    ok i will create team and user. Now user1 is take one order for my company . That user1 is coming under  Team1. Now I have to take order Report that is the order is taken by user1 under the team. How to take the report as like i mentioned . in Order taken name is User1 and that person is comes under Team1 head.

    Based on the complexity of your report requirements, you can go for standard reports available in CRM or for complex stuff you can go for SSRS reports. Below links will help.

    My understanding is : you and a user1 , and this user map with two teams:TeamA & TeamB. Both teams are performing different job. And you want a report on job & job excuter.

    If it is your requiremnet :

    1-You assign job/record to team.

    2-Changes My Active record View filter to :Owner = Current User Or team member

    3- Team Member perform the action.

    4- Owner of thta record is Team, And in last modified you can find user name.
