Problem with RMS Store Operations version 2.0.2000

SOPOSUSER gets the following runtime error.   Run Time Error: 381 Invalid Property Array Index

Every time we press F4: Journal or F11: Recall

We have uninstalled RMS  and reinstalled but same problem

This problem still persists....

I have uninstalled RMS, Uninstalled Epson ADKOPOS

Reinstalled older version of ADKOPOS and then reinstalled RMS

Works fine until we escape out of the POS module and then back again. Have no more hair to pull.

    I believe the fix for that error originally was resolved in a version/hot fix higher than 2.000 since they are cumulative you may as well get the latest and apply it which I believe is 60 2.0.2022. I also would not recommend uninstalling or re-installing RMS as a trouble shooting step as most people I find do it incorrectly anyway.  If this doesn't resolve it, your on the most recent RMS build "and" it very well may fix it. That's my home anyway Tom.

    Thanks Butch, but all workstations are on 2.0.2022 and are on a wired network.

    You can try enabling sharing of the OPOS printer.   I always enable that on RMS, this way RMS POS will make sure to close the printer after each print, instead of leaving it open.

    Check on RMS Manager -> File -> Configuration -> Options tab -> POS options group   make sure to check "Share OPOS printer with other applications".  Then restart.
