I have an error: Gift card item must be configured for statement posting.

Maybe someone knows how correctly setup gift cards in that case?

    Hi pgavril,

    Have any sales orders been created for this statement?

    If not, you should be able to go into the aggregation form and select regenerate Customer order; and see if that works.

    i have the same and also done all parameters.
