Hello.
I´d like to know if Dynamics CRM 2016 On-Premise is compatible with Office 365 Office Outlook Client.

You mean the full blown windows Outlook client?
In that case, it is compatible. You might need to configure your on prem CRM as IFD

Hi Junior consultant,
First of all, you would need to configure the server side synchronization and this is supported with Dynamics CRM on premise and Exchange Online (which would apply to your Office 365 environment).

Now there are a couple of different things you can do on the Outlook side for integration to Dynamics CRM 2016:
1. Outlook Client - www.microsoft.com/.../details.aspx
2. Dynamics 365 App for Outlook - Supported with on premise technet.microsoft.com/.../dn946901.aspx
