I have a couple stores that sometimes have a transaction that does not print the receipt but the transaction is accounted for in the reports and the dollar amount is added, sql shows the transaction but the receipt does not print and the reprint is not possible as it is not in the manager side, it appears to not exist in that fashion. Running store operations 2.0.0126 sp3. Any help would be appreciated.

Thank You for your response. Uninstalling and reinstalling the OPOS drivers resolved the issue.
this is not the same problem as the one you have described. In the journal viewer there is a button called Tenders... This button was not always working properly.
I don't know of a hotfix or update that specifically addresses your issue.
Do you know if hotfix # 5 which may be included in service pack 2 would be the fix? I read this part in the descriptions "When you print a receipt in Microsoft Dynamics® RMS Store Operations there are no tenders displayed on the printed receipt or in the journal"
It resolve a lot of issues and add more features in your application.
Just install updates in its order and upgrade your database from store operation administrator.
don't forget to take backup from your application if you have a custom reports and database.
Does anyone know of have experience installing the Feature pack 1, Service pack 4, or feature pack 2 and any hotfix for SO 2.0.0126? In order to resolve my previous question/issue?

Is pos is hanging during print the receipt?
if yes please check RAM size and Connectivity with sql database
Here are a couple of shots in the dark.
you can try sharing the opos printer. I have seen this not being shared cause problems.
SO Manager -> File ->Configuration -> Options (tab) -> POS -> share the opos printer with other applications.
Also, you can try to restore the default receipt template.
From what I am being told by the cashiers and the manager, No. They only notice that the receipt does not print out. Thereafter the manager goes to his PC and attempts to reprint the receipt but it is not on the report but he does see it in the totals and the sql entry. Is there a hot fix or rollup? This happened before off and on and seems to be more frequent now at one store but there are other stores that it happens to and it is not specific to a cashier, store, time, register...
