Add Segments in GP using Integration Manager

Hello - To add manually a Segment in GP, I go to Financial>Setup>Segment> then I enter Segment ID as Unit, enter unit Number, Description and Save. I have a few to enter this time. so, I'm wondering it's possible to use a tool such as integration manager to add segments.
