    Hi Leah,

    Thanks for quick response.

I have set only one choice field, both fields are the same but when I save or quality the record, it cannot Sync to the account table.

Need to set the Sync somewhere to update the record from Lead to Account ?

    Appreciate your great help.

    Hi HarHar,

Did you create two global options?

From the screenshot in your previous reply, I see that you have selected two different global choice for the two fields in Account and Lead, because the value of 'Sync with choice with' is not the same:

You should create only one global choice field, and then both fields on the account and the lead should come from this one global choice.

This means that the value of 'Sync with choice with' should be the same.

    Hi Linn,

    Good morning,

It is a global choice, I have tried global choice and local choice, both not allow to set the value.

    Thanks

What is the logicla name of the "Relationship Type" column? If it's the local Choice (not global choice), I guess you'll have to set the value of it using the Power Automate cloud flow and you won't be achieve with the classic workflow.

    Hi HarHar,

When you create lead to select an existing account, are the existing account fields populated manually?

If so, you can try to create one workflow to update it automatically.

--Go Settings > Process, create the workflow on the Lead entity:

    --Trigger:

    --Steps:

    (1)Condition

    (2)Update account

    Hi Leah,

Good afternoon, Thanks for quick response.

The Account record has been created from the Account form, it is an existing record.

Need to update the "Relationship Type" value to the Account form when a Lead was created.

That means update the transaction record value to master record value.

In this case, the mapping may not be work, any other way just to do so ?

    Appreciate your create help.

    Hi HarHar,

How did you create the Account in the beginning?

Populate company details and click 'Qualify' button, one account can be created automatically.
