    Hi,

Have you tried configuring relationship mapping ?

You need to make sure you have the same integer value for optionset options in both entities fields

    Hi HarHar,

By my search, there is no OOB ownership field on the Lead entity, did you create it yourself?

If you want to get field value from lead to account when you qualify the lead, mapping these two fields in the relationship is the simplest way.

Go to Settings > Customizations > Customize the system, Expand entities to find Lead > Relationship:

--Find the account_originating_lead relationship, then click mapping tab:

But choice field is special, you need make sure that the integer values for each option should be identical.

If you need to map option set fields, we recommend you configure both fields to use the same global option set. Otherwise, it can be difficult to keep two separate sets of options synchronized manually. If the integer values for each option aren’t mapped correctly you can introduce problems in your data.

    Hi Leah,

    Thanks for quick response.

I have mapping these two fields in the relationship but doesn't work, also the Dynamics default setting doesn't update the street 1, street 2, street 3 to the Account table from Lead form.

Test the it many times but cannot get field value from lead to account when qualify the lead.

    Appreciate your great help.

    Hi Leah,

I have tested the mapping settings, it updated the Account table under "Quick Create: Account" and the Dynamics default "Street 1 Street 2 Street 3" are updated as well, But not update under "Lead Qualify".

We need to update the Account table when the Lead is Qualify, any other solution ?

    Appreciate your great help.

    Hi HarHar,

How did you create the Account in the beginning?

Populate company details and click 'Qualify' button, one account can be created automatically.

    Hi Leah,

Good afternoon, Thanks for quick response.

The Account record has been created from the Account form, it is an existing record.

Need to update the "Relationship Type" value to the Account form when a Lead was created.

That means update the transaction record value to master record value.

In this case, the mapping may not be work, any other way just to do so ?

    Appreciate your create help.

    Hi HarHar,

When you create lead to select an existing account, are the existing account fields populated manually?

If so, you can try to create one workflow to update it automatically.

--Go Settings > Process, create the workflow on the Lead entity:

    --Trigger:

    --Steps:

    (1)Condition

    (2)Update account

What is the logicla name of the "Relationship Type" column? If it's the local Choice (not global choice), I guess you'll have to set the value of it using the Power Automate cloud flow and you won't be achieve with the classic workflow.
