Must provide dashboards to my users on a daily/weekly/monthly basis. The dashboards have been created, just need to set the timing/date for the dashboard to be sent to users....if possible.

Thanks!

Dashboards can't be printed, exported or sent to users.

Another option is to write your dashboards as SQL Server Reporting Services reports. SSRS reports can be scheduled and sent to subscribers on a periodic basis. Here's a helpful blog article to this concept: blog.marksgroup.net/.../mscrm-scheduling-reports.html.

Easy option would be create dashboard in ssrs report and schedule ssrs report to send as per your requirments..

Here are some more details on scheduling report

    Hi Arantansi,

I assume Dashboard according to you means the different Chart / Table Reports in Dynamics CRM created using the SSRS.

If that is the case you can use the feature of Scheduling your Report. You can follow this URL for that

    www.powerobjects.com/.../report-scheduling-and-email-subscription-in-crm-2011

Dashboard on it's own cannot be sent/shared/assigned to any user. They can only be viewed if you have access to (for Security Roles enabled).

    Hope that helps

    Thanks

Sorry but any other CRM and ticket system on the internet has an option to send reports - MS was so 'stupid' on this!

    I found another option (reports):

    Hi

This post is almost 7 years old but just wanted to add the following as it could help others.

Like others suggested, you can create SSRS report with all the charts and contents you need and schedule it to be sent on a daily/weekly/monthly basis. However, if you are on CRM Online, it does not support SQL based SSRS reports.

For CRM Online, you can still use  your own SSRS reporting service on an Azure VM and copy data from CRM to Azure SQL and let the Reporting Service to use that to generate report and send it on a scheduled basis but personally I think this is an expensive option unless you already have Azure SQL and other IAAS already in place.

You could consider the following options as well

    01. You could give the user access to CRM and allow them to access the dashboard

    02. You can create an Azure function to use something like EvoPDF and generate a report and send it via email on a scheduled basis

    03. You can also consider doing this using flow - if you do not need a lot of visualizations in the report.

One other popular option is to use the PowerBI Subscribe feature and it will send a snapshot of the dashboard via emails to subscribers

"You can subscribe yourself and your colleagues to the report pages and dashboards that matter most to you, and Power BI emails a snapshot to your inbox. You tell Power BI how often you want to receive the emails: daily, weekly, or once a day after the initial data refresh. If you choose daily or weekly, you can choose the time(s) you'd like to have the subscription run. In all, you can set up to 24 different subscriptions per day, for every report page and dashboard."

I know it is an old post, but did anyone manage to get this resolved?  I have the same requirement, and we are using the online version of Dynamics 365.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi,

As mentioned by others in this forum... you can create SSRS Reports (with similar analytics as in Dashboard) and have them sent over in email...

One option for sending reports in email is using Zap Report Scheduler App:
