Facing the issues while working with eConnect out going services

Hi all,

I'm facing the issues while working with eConnect out going services.  Actuall process is ,when we are creating or updating the items in GP.Those items data is coming to Message Queue at eConnect out going services.It is working fine up to yesterday. But now,i didn't update any item in GP, still items ( Bulk Item which is not updated ) data is coming to Message Queue at eConnect out going services  which is in computer management console.
