I've recently upgraded my Terminal Servers (2008 R2) and SQL Server. All my other applications have sped up considerably; however, the GP 10 login process has slowed. Once it's loaded, it's fast.
The initial screen asking for username/password comes up quickly. After you hit OK, it waits for 30 to 2 minutes before asking which company you want to log into. Once you select a company, the home page loads quickly.
I'm stumped at what to look for. It is effecting all users. I'm thinking it could be a SQL issue, but I'm not sure where to start looking.
Thanks,
George

Thank you for the suggestion. However, I found the problem to be process that was hung on the SQL server machine. It was not using CPU but disk IO. Once I cleared it. All is speedy.
Start by generating a DexSQLlog file, you can use SDT if you feel comfortable with it
