Wanna to have one more choice in the field selection :
1. Yes or No and Not Applicable
2. can only move to other field if Yes or Not Applicable is chosen

Hi,
Without Javascript, you can use Business rule to hide the field or lock the field.
Now I have created a choice type field called "Test choice" and add it to the form.
Create a new business rule.
Set the condition "Test choice does not contain data ", and you can hide or lock other fields.
Remember to click Apply after edit each action. Then click save and active this business rule.
My logical are as follow.
Test choice does not contain data
not in real time. You can use business rules but it will require to save the record first, with javascript you can perform the logic in real time as soon the user change the value inside the form
you will need some javascript to the onchange event to check the values
