We recently attempted to upgrade to Project Operations and are getting error message per attached log file - "database out of sync". This occurred after installation of Project Operations update to 4.58.0.123 attempted and failed. Project Operations and Field Service update installation were re-started and now seem to be stuck on install.
Our D365 platform has been down since 21 Dec 2022 and we despite having logged a Microsoft Support ticker with "Critical Impact" level, communications have been sporadic over the last couple of days and really only consists of "Please be assured that I will inform you as soon as they [dev team] provide an update."
Looking for advice on the issue and any technical detail available, best way to roll backl the update if possible and advice on getting a better response from Microsoft Support.

You have opened one ticket for Microsoft Support Team?
Based on the reply, the error only can be resolved by PG, it is another Microsoft Team, it seems that we just wait them.
As far as I know, if your ticket has a grade A, you will be contacted by a support person 24h.
