We have some default settings we use for this Warehouse Shipment - Create Pick.
However, this is not saved and every time we try to use it we have to click "Do not Fill Qty. to Handle" to negative.
I tried creating report setting for this, but this didn't help.
While I was looking through some instruction videos I found out that some (maybe older version? I don't know) had:
So I'm not sure why this is not populating for us and out of ideas.

It depends on a report on the report as mentioned here: docs.microsoft.com/.../reports-saving-reusing-settings
Required property is: docs.microsoft.com/.../devenv-savevalues-property
The other report you found is used on the pick worksheet. If you can alter your process to use that at least you can have saved values. Failing that a modification to the one from a shipment looks likely
