I am looking for a PCI compliant plug-in for payment processing through Dynamics CRM. We are a small business and currently using Quickbooks for accounting and payment processing, using eBizCharge and PC ProCharge for our payment gateways.
What are your recommendations?

If you are a small organisation I would recommend you do not try to become PCIDSS compliant yourself (unless you already operate in a super-secure physical, data and systems environment e.g. an International Embassy's communications room...).
This is one thing that you should outsource.
The compliance costs of doing it in-house are horrific (the forms go on forever).
Hi bowens11,
As mscrmba mentioned, if you just want a PCI product, something like the Nodus will do it. PCI certified products usually state that they are compliant.
Now, if you want to become PCI compliant, than it's a more complicated process. Beside getting an add-on PCI compliant you will need to make sure all the parts involved on the process and the way they integrate is secured. It may pay to hire a security consultant.
According to Microsoft:
The Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online service is not suitable for processing, transmitting, or storing PCI-governed data. PCI-DSS is an industry standard designed to protect and maintain sensitive data during transmission and storage throughout the data life cycle. At a minimum, organizations that support transactions via credit and debit cards are required to have a degree of compliance to the PCI standard.

So.... anything that doesn't store the card details (even temporarily) in CRM (tokens are OK).
If you're happy with your current partners and they're a PSP (PCI-compliant payment services provider) then try to go with one of them i.e. don't add another lot of reconciliation into your list of things to do.
eBizCharge may have something/be able to create something fairly cheaply given they work with NAV. It'd be worthwhile talking with them.
You may want to look for a partner in your country/region (to ensure local support & processing).
Other Options:
www.powerobjects.com/.../powercharge-2
would give you a range of credit card-related functionality (which you may or may not need) in conjunction with one of ePN (which has QuickBooks integration), Beanstream (seems to be USA/Canada only) or Authorize.net or can develop to meet e.g. eBizCharge (they say they're happy to provide you a quote to do so - so I'd take them up on that offer)
www.nodus.com/crm_charge.html (CRM Vertex use Nodus in creating a number of payment gateway integrations as part of their Dynamics CRM portal product) and Nodus have a commitment to Dynamics (GP at least)
ADX Studio integrate their portals with CRM and with PayPal and Authorize.NET so either of them might be good options.
www.bluepay.com/.../enterprise-plugins
might be an option as is integrates with QuickBooks - there's no mention of a Dynamics CRM connector, but they might have it on their development path.
I think that they all claim PCIDSS Compliance for credit card processing.
