Additional fee for Reminders can be set up in the Reminder Terms, for each Level. Additionaly there is checkmark to Calculate Interest in the Reminder lines. And in the Reminder Terms, there is a checkmark - Post Additional Fee.

Afterwards on the Printout - it has to be checked if the fields are available. can You specify the Report ID that You want to show this information on ?
