Hi, I am trying to translate Dynamics 365 portals and I didn't find a way to translate WF Email templates on CRM. Do anyone know if this is possible and how to do it?
Thanks in advance.

You just need to make a template for each language and make sure you're either testing for language in the workflow, or making a workflow per language.
Thanks for the reply.
In the first case, where should I check for the language in order to retrieve the template that corresponds to the current language?
In the second case, I see a bunch of options in "Add step":
If I select "Check condition" a new window is open with all the entity fields in it. There isn't any languange field in any entity regarding to the portal language. I can translate all the menu options.
Thanks.
How are you tracking your portal users' preferred language? You should be able to use that against their contact record for the check condition.
I see there is a field in the Contact entity which is "_adx_preferredlanguageid_value" but is null for all the records. So I am guessing we don't grab the preferred language from the Portal.
