What is the DTT’s Reference Data Manager

Hello all,
 
In the documentation on Sustainability Data Solution in Fabric here Create, configure, and harmonize reference values - Microsoft Cloud for Sustainability | Microsoft Learn the DTT’s Reference Data Manager (preview) is mentioned.
I can't find any documentation on it? Can you help me further? What is it, where can I read more info?
