Record Item charge for Accrual in Purchase Receipt

I activated the " Expected Cost Posting GL" and Set up interim account

I created a PO include Item and Item Charge.

When I post Receipt, I only see GL Transaction for Item but not for Item charge.

When I post Invoice, Item charge is assigned to Item cost.

Can I set up when I post Purchase Receipt, system generate Item charge Accrual besides Inventory Accrual ?

    Hi,

    There Won't Be No Posting Of G/L Entries For the Posting of Purchase Receipt.

    Only Item And Value Entries will be Created.

    G/L Accounts will be hit Only When You Post The Purchase Invoice.

    I can't remember any way it is possible to have the item charge be a part of the expected cost.

    Maybe that is a good idea to submit to Microsoft ?

    That is true as long as your system is not setup to post expected cost.

    With posting of expected cost there will be G/L entries both on receipt and shippment.
