Can't open company due to a not payed license for manufacturing companies

Hello all,

I used the trial period for the last 20 days and startet building a new company. Today we received the Business Central Premium licenses and we are not able to access the new company anymore.

The users are updated in BC, they show the premium license and have permissions to enter the company.

Does anyone know this error?

for all english speaker the error says: The company could not be opened due to a not payed license for manufacturing companies.

Any help will be appreciated.

Hello Erik - Is a delegated admin (Internal Admin) able to access the environment? If so, can you have them go to the users list and click Actions > Refresh User Groups? This should sync the Premium license to Business Central. If this does not work I would suggest you raise a support request to Microsoft support via your CSP / Partner.
