UOM is different from work order going to Loads

Hi Experts,

I have a an item that we sold as EA but is purchased by pack. We have a converversion of 1 pack for 100 ea. On the sales order the UOM is ea, when released to warehouse the work order UOM is also EA, but on the loads it is showing as pack. When we print the delivery note it saying tha there's 0 qty for posting. What settings did I miss?
