Hi:

Is the Tax Posting Setup window not to be utilized by U.S.-based companies using Business Central?

In other words, it is only for use in Canada and Europe (i.e., only those nations that recognize VAT)?

As far as I know that is a correct statement.

For US the setup is similar to this www.boyerassoc.com/.../

John,

Is the US, the Tax Posting setup you would enter a line noting Sales Tax. You would enter multiple lines for VAT (Europe) setup. In Canada, the GST/PST/HST/QST are treated like Sales Tax.
