Add text to Profile Questionnaire answers

It seems that you can only select predefined answers to questions.

Is there a way to add in a your own answer to a question?

    I think you can add your own text.

    Please check:

    'Use profiles to classify contacts' - OnlineHelp (to-increase.com)

    I could do it:

    Hello,

    You are correct that you can not have a free-text answer prompt. Now this does not mean you cannot ask your Partner to create the ability but out-of-the-box BC does not offer this.
