Has anyone else had this problem...
Trying to create a new lead from an email using the Dynamics365 Outlook plugin (the light weight one) on both Outlook 2016 and Outlook Mobile, and while I’m able to enter information into all of he fields they save button is always greyed out.
I’m have the system admin role assigned to myself and it it’s the same issue for everyone else as well.
Saving a contact from the plugin works just fine. The Lead entity is the one giving us troubles.
Any ideas?
