Hi , I want Amount in words in Sales Invoice as  187086.48 One hundred and eighty thousand and eighty six and forty eight fils only instead of  One lakh eighty seven thousand and eighty six and forty eight fils only to.

Is that possible without coding in BC?

    Hii there,
For that you need to change in code for its exponent. As per here it's having exponent of thousands only. Update code for lakh .. and so on as per requirement.

    Thank you.

Is this a custom report? As far as I know, there is no Amount in Word in the standard Sales Invoice report, but it is available in Check.
If so, you should update the code.
Also, this seems to be related to the current language. What will it show if you switch to English?

    Hope this helps.
    Thanks.

Hi, unfortunately, changing the format of the amount in words on a sales invoice in Business Central typically requires some coding. The default behavior is influenced by the language and regional settings, and there isn’t a built-in option to switch between formats like “lakh” and “thousand” without modifying the code.

If you need this specific format, you might need to customize the report by updating the code to handle the conversion as per your requirements.

    Hello,

You migt get away with it by setting the language in the report - here is a note how to do that

If you can hard code the report to English possibly the LAKH will be replaced with english 'thousand'..

    Best
    Andy
