I am trying to install CRM 2016 onto a server which previously had CRM 2013 installed. I have removed the CRM 2013 and am now getting the below error trying to install CRM 2016.

Setup failed to validate specified Reporting Services Report Server http://server/reportserver. Error: Error occurred while finding an item on the report server.
System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapException: An internal error occurred on the report server. See the error log for more details. ---> Microsoft.ReportingServices.Diagnostics.Utilities.InternalCatalogException: An internal error occurred on the report server. See the error log for more details. ---> System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException: The requested operation cannot be completed. The computer must be trusted for delegation and the current user account must be configured to allow delegation. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80090345)

I have already Deleted the Encrypted Content from SQL Server 2016 Reporting Services Configuration Manager. I did however notice there is also a SQL Server 2017 Reporting Services Configuration Manager on this server but that one says 'no report servers found'.

Any ideas?

    Hello Shane,

This is happening  because you reporting service has not been configured.

Go to  Reporting Services Configuration and configure reporting service make sure the url should browse .

Secondly the url should be the same when you are installing CRM and you report server. No matter of the http or https. You can continue with http.

Here is the article you can follow.

    Hi Shane,

Can you please change the port instead of 80 use another port like 88.
