Logo Does not show up in Sales Order Confirmation

I have a strange issue. The company logo does not show up in Sales Order Confirmation (report 1305) out of the box. In another environment with same setup I can see the logo but not in the other environment. it shows up in PO and other documents but not Sales Order Confirmation

I checked

1) Company Logo added to Company Information

2) In report selection report 1305 selected

3) Check the Sales & receivable Logo position selected (tried all options)

4) No extinsion involved

What type is your report in Report Layout Selection?

If the type is Custom Layout... then check your custom layouts.

Hi, Sales Order Confirmation has two layouts, one with logo and one without. You can choose the layout of Word.

I have tried all of these without a success

When I create a new company without any data then this issue happens. When I create a company with sample data then now issues.

Any other settings that I am missing here?
