When running the Item Reconciler in PSTL, I get the message on 1 item that the On Order Quantity does not match. What is it supposed to be matching against? The amount on RCDTYPE = 0 and the amount in the LOCNCODE 98002 = 0.
I must be missing something. I would like to rectify this issue without simply ignoring it every week.
If it is a question of user behavior, I would like to redirect thru education.
Any assistance provided would be greatly appreciated.
We are GP 2013 R2, using BinaryStream HMM with the latest Hot Fix.
