Management Report Account not printing balance

In GP I have 4 account numbers, all with balances: 1-3500, 2-3500, 3-3500, 4-3500.  When I put the 3500 account on a line, it doesn't pull the 4-3500 account.  Even if I specifically 4-3500, it still doesn't pull.  The account is active, and does have a balance.  Any ideas on what to try?  Thans for your help!!!

    Are the accounts all in the same company or multiple companies.  Are you using @any for the summary if it is multiple companies.  Are you in the right company when you are pulling the report.

    I am assuming that 1,2,3,4, are all part of one segment that is defined the same way in all companies.

    You are experiencing a bug in an early build of the GP Provider. There was a bug that prevented pulling data if the gl10110/gl10111 tables had account numbers (in addition to actindx) populated in that table. Update Management Reporter and the provider to SP2 and that will resolve.
