    Hi Ali,

Do you have SLAs or routing rules with lot of items.

In background each item creates a process.

    Ketan

    Hi Ali,

    SLA means service level agreements.

To find those navigate to Settings --> Service Management --> Service level agreements

Check out if someone did "save as" the process again & again.

Also verify the version number, the deactivation & activation cause duplicate entries.

You can find Activation & Definition types to filter. Check it in advanced find.

Forget the display name, the schema name only matters.

    Hi Ali,

If you query processes without any criteria, it is possible to see same workflow name in your result list multiple times. If you are looking for workflows to get a list or etc, just give "Type" criteria. Type equals Definition.

Type field has 3 options; Definition, Activation, Template. Whenever you activate a workflow, the system takes a snapshot of your workflow. Please check the link to understand more about the Type field.

tanks! i think you r right.

how could i delete  these snapshots? i deleted all workflow jobs. but the records count on  advanced find is the same.

Well, you cannot delete in a support way and you shouldn't. However you can apply this to reduce db size.
