Hi,
Is there a way I can change the size of the label of the text field because the whole name is not being displayed

You cannot increase a single field width. it has to be increased for the whole section so it will effect all the fields inside that section. refer to post provided above on how its done.
The width of the cell can be increased as suggested below, however the text size is not customizable in any supported way. The font sizes changed slightly (a little bigger) in Dynamics 365 v9, but that's about it.
