When I go to activities, and then click email to create a new email activity, there are no icons showing up in the ribbon. They do show up in my sandbox environment, just not my prod for some reason. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.
If this problem persists, you should create a support case at Microsoft.

Here are some solutions:
1. Clear your bowser's cache and reopen the page.
2. Use another browser to have a try such as Firefox.
3.Reset your browser.(Please export your bookmarks first.)
