Were can I find in security that allows user access to attached documents in purchasing. If you go to the Transaction by Vendor and inquire by document number and access Notes, there is an icon for documents. Were in security is that?

I believe by default it should be part of the DEFAULT USER task ID. But if it's not, you can add it to that task (or any task) through:
