How to get Nav 2018 Developer License Key

Hi

Our company just recently signed up as Microsoft SPLA partner and we have accessed to the PartnerSource Business Center. All is good but we just cannot find the Developer License. The table only provides LIMITED USER SAL or STANDARD USER SAL (SPLA). We are in the W1 region.

We are 100% focused only on Business Central SAAS so have no experience NAV. We are helping on of our clients to migrate from On Premise NAV 2018 to BC hence we need to move the customized objects in NAV 2018 to BC. We have the NAV technical resources and know how but the admin part to obtain the key is what we need help on. Would deeply appreciate any advice.
