in which data center
my org url is
https://<organization>.crm8.dynamics.com/

Ping the adress of the org in CMD ping testorg.crm4.dynamics.com
then correlate with the Geos : docs.microsoft.com/.../new-datacenter-regions
check this too, in india there are three places
o365datacentermap.azurewebsites.net
for crm(dynamics 365) is most likely in chennai.

you can pin point the data center of the online instance for sure.check the privacy policies of Microsoft.
