We are running out of check numbers, is there a way to use skipped check numbers?

We are running out of check numbers due to a user error. Check number 100000 to 899999 is still available in the system but auto numbering shows 000000 because last check number is 9999999. Any way we can use skipped check numbers?

    Hello ajalali,

When you bring up the check batch in AP Checks, just override the Next Check Number to use the range of checks that are unused.  You will need to keep track of what the next check number is so that you can override it each time to print checks.  Let me know if you need more information about this problem.
