    Hi EliyasH,

Please check this link for security role. www.powerobjects.com/.../microsoft-dynamics-crm-2013-business-units-and-data-silos

You can do that by creating security role.

    Hello,

You have to do a bit customization in Product forms and views.

    1. Add BusinessUnit lookup in Product form.

    2. Update product views and add an filter condition for business unit in ALL product views. (To test first change it in "View: All products, Families & Bundles" view and validate)

    Limitation:

    A. Each product should have business unit assigned.

    B. Parent business unit user cannot see products of child business unit.

If my response helps you, please mark it as "Verified" and vote.

    Best Regards,

    Hi Eliyas,

    According to me,

    1. I will defined all the roles first. (Check the privilege level of product is Business Unit)

    2. Customize the product form to add the business unit here. (In this case just use to test, as I remember that when we created product, default it is belong to current business unit of user - but it to check again)

    3. Check all the view of product and change the condition to check owner is equal to current business unit.
