Decimal printing problem on Invoices

Posted on by Microsoft Employee

Hello,

On a GP instance where the Reports and Forms dictionaries are shared we have 1 user who prints 5 decimal places for the Canadian dollar on sales invoices.

Her access mirrors another user who prints 2 decimals on the same machine.  They are both power users.

Does anyone know what could be causing this problem?

Thank you,

Donnette

    Hi Donnette,

    A couple of questions:

Does this happen when both users print the same invoice number?
    Have the report been modified?

Check the DDL "Alternate/Modified Forms and Reports ID" from the "User Security Setup" window for each of the 2 users and compare if they are the same.
