Hello,

After I saved my personnal view of "All purchase requisitions" form, every time I open the list of the purchase requisitions an error message displayed : 8206.pastedimage1660145753502v1.png

I tried to personnalize the view in other forms and it works well, Only for purchase requisitions form, I've faced this issue,

Could you please help me with this?

Correct, system gives me the same error.

If you create a new view for "All purchase requisitions" and pin it as default, you will get this error. The new view is also not displayed.

The reason is that the "All purchase requisitions" form is an organization-level form and it is pre-filtered by Microsoft.

Don't pin your new view as default for the "All purchase requisitions" form.

You are correct.

This is known by Microsft for 2 years and hasn't been fixed yet.

To add on this , there are other forms that are compromised and we are not able to save predefined views with an advanced filter .

It seems that all forms that pre-load transactional information and there are pre-filtererd by Microsoft clash with views.

Which is of course a bug as they should then not allow to save views in the first place.

Curious, is this listed so we can "Vote" to have it fixed by MSFT? May not help but if we can show them this is important to many maybe it will help it get on their roadmap sooner.

I found a workaround in version 10.0.45, for "All Projects" form(not sure if it's applicable to other forms too):

If you click on "Load the query for My view", then the view is updated according to the filters that were previously set up:

Also, the warning is displayed only when changing the filters(Show projects, Show levels, Legal entity), but columns can be edited according to your need.
