Hello,
I am having an issue in the Unified Inteface while Creating Service Activity, On Create form i am not getting "Start Time" and "End Time" populated by default.
When I try refreshing the page through my browser window, It takes me back to the legacy form and then "Start time" and "End Time" gets populated by itself. THERE IS NO JAVASCRIPT CODE THAT CAN WRITE IT.
here is an example.
No service has been selected on the record and the URL has APPID but it still goes back to the legacy form while it has been turned off.
QUESTIONS:
1) Is there a way to prevent it from going back to the legacy interface?
2) how does these "start Time" "end Time" gets populated by default without having any service selected on the form? (there is no Javascript on the form that does that)
3) why doesn't it show on the unified interface but on the legacy one?
please help.
Thank you,
I have confirmed with the product team that this fix is included in service update 147. I will talk to that team about updating the release notes.
Thanks for your reply Danielle. Unfortunately I don't see my issue included in Service Update 147.
The issue I am having is that the legacy Service Activity form loads after the browser is refresh from the Unified Interface form.
Hi Tim,
This is a known issue that should be addressed in Service Update 147: docs.microsoft.com/.../update147
You can see latest version availability by region here: docs.microsoft.com/.../dynamics-365ce

Hi Henry,
We ran the Data migration tool and converted our legacy Service scheduling data but we still get the legacy screen when we refresh the browser.
We have the latest version of the "Core Service Scheduling" and "Core Service Scheduling - Legacy Data Migration" solutions.
In Settings / Behavior we have "Use Unified Interface only. " set to "On" and "Show legacy app to everyone, not just admins" set to "Off".
Wondering if this is a product bug or if we are missing a setting somewhere?
thanks
Tim
I wouldn't add parameters such as forceUCI=1 in the URL as they are not really supported and they could break once the legacy web client gets retired.
Service Scheduling is deprecated https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/important-changes-coming#service-scheduling-in-dynamics-365-customer-service-is-deprecated, and as Danielle advised, the migration of legacy Service scheduling data should be the way to go to transition to Universal Resource Scheduling, since Service Activities shouldn't be used anymore in Unified Interface.
Henry
Hello,
Did you follow the process of moving to the new Service Scheduling experience or, are you taking the legacy web app entities and trying to leverage them on UCI?
Please see the following articles:
- docs.microsoft.com/.../basics-service-service-scheduling
- docs.microsoft.com/.../introduction-migration-entity-records
Please let me know.

Hi Usman,
Please help to try add forceUCI=1 at the end of URL as below:
https://<Dynamics CRM URL>/main.aspx?etn=importfile&extraqs=etc=4412&pagetype=entitylist&forceUCI=1
It should open the page in UCI form. Thanks.
Best Regards,
