Business Analyzer unable to connect

I keep getting this error when we try to connect to Business Analyzer.  BA was just installed.  We have GP2013.  Any suggestions??

An error has occurred during report processing. (rsProcessingAborted)

  • Query execution failed for dataset 'dsPrmCustomerID'. (rsErrorExecutingCommand)
