Hi all,

is there any way to show all the items tracked by serial number sold to a specific Customer Id?

And viceversa, is there any way to show for a specific item tracked by serial to which customers it has been sold?

Customer card has a page action for the first scenario called “Item Tracking” - places the required filter on the page.

Other scenario use the item trace page. Add the serial and then search. It will show in and out transactions with that serial
