Can someone explain to me why do i get once one warning:
and that in other situation other duplicate warning:

you have to look at all the duplicate detection rules defined in your system. It seems you have duplicate detection rule to check fields between lead and account that's why you were receiving first duplication warning . Second one seems you have another duplicate rule in contact fields thats the reason you were receiving that warning. If you dont want any of these rules go to datamanagement and unpublish the duplicate detection rule.

Thanks for reply, i know why the message box came out.
I am wondering why sometimes one type of message box pops out and sometimes other type of message box.
Based on which duplicate detection rule met system displays corresponding warning message.
