Import Error Codes - Can anyone Explain/Help?

Hi all,

When importing a bunch of contacts, we are getting a number of failures with the codes:-

-2,147,220,654
-2,147,220,653

All seem to be failing at the "Transform" stage, specifically related to the Column Heading "Account Name" which we have mapped to "Company Name; Lookup" - Screenshot attached.

Despite repeated attempts, the failures remain.

Can anyone shed any light or help with this?

You should consider removing your image since it shows personal information!

Anyway, this page docs.microsoft.com/.../web-service-error-codes suggests that the error is duplicate lookup found.

So there is more than one account with the names in your import data and the import fails because there is no way to say which account the contact should be connected to.

Check your accounts for duplicates - don't forget inactive records.
