Hi Guys with CRM Online are we able to process emails via our On Premise Exchange Server with Server Side Synchronisation? Or is the separate Email Router required to allow email processing of CRM Online with the On Premise Exchange Mail Boxes?
Its just because its not very clear in which Scenarios the Server Side Sync Cannot be used and im guessing this is one of them? And that the Email Router is Required for this scenario when using CRM Online with the On Premise Exchange;

Server side synchronization is available for CRM Online but not valid for hybrid deployments yet. You can configure SSS for CRM Online with Exchange Online OR CRM OnPremise with Exchange OnPremise only. Please refer link below for more information:

For now you have to go with CRM Email Router application for your hybrid scenario.

Currently we don't have server side sync for CRM Online. Once it is there it will be informed to everyone. So please use email router to process the email till then.
