I have an isolated problem with a single user on a single field - the contact lookup function takes approx 45 seconds and/or it times out and freezes up the webpage. This is on a custom entity. It's not the machine as I tested it with my own credentials and it works fine. It doesn't seem to be a permissions issue because the user is able to do lookups on other fields within the same entity and contact lookups on other entities. Is there a user option I should be looking for?
