Hi Community,

While I was doing adjustment to items at Physical Journal, this error pops out.

/Phys. Inventory journal must be equal to No in the Item Journal Line...Current vaue is /Yes//

But I don't quite understand what it means and I don't see any approved answer.

Seems like I shouldn't inserted the record manually, I need to run the calculate Inventory function...

I tried running the Calculate Inventory Function but I receive the same error after I key in the SKU in the line.

Hope I can clarify it here.

Hi, Physical Journal only lets you calculate inventory and then enter new quantities if needed, you should not manually insert or modify values.

If you need to manually enter and adjust inventory, please use the Item Journals page.
