Unable to release Sales Order

Hi All,
Im not able to release Sales Order.
The credit limit status is grey out in pending approval.
What else to caused the credit limit status stuck at pending approval.
And not able to click release button to release it.
Please Help.

    This does not seem to be a standard function. It is recommended that you debug it so that you can quickly locate the problem.
