When tracking a mail in DYNAMICS app for outlook to dynamics 365 users (not administrator) get the following message
Sorry we had to restart because this app wasn't responding
this happens from monday onwards
(creating a case,accounts works perfectly)

I checked the outlook 2013 version and it is 15.0.5353.1000 so this should be sufficiant, also internet explorer 11 is on it (latest version)

when I open Dynamics 365 app for outlook 2013 it works, then I see the cases, when I try to open a case as user normally you get on top 'set regarding' but now you get the below
as Administrator I don't get that error, I already cleaned the cash of internet explorer 11, checked the settings

I haven't found similar feedbacks.
Does it occur for every user except the administrator in your environment?
And by "tracking a mail" do you mean to track the email manually or automatically.
Maybe you can provide more details or screenshots about it.
