How to find SO based on SER #

Posted on by 5

I get a serial # from our customer which I then enter into the Serial # screen. I can pull up that record, but how do I find the SO "Sales Order" that goes with that?

Hi, I tested it in NAV2013. You can use Navigate feature in Serial No. Information List (6509) page.

But because this page cannot be opened directly, it is a bit troublesome. You can save it in Home after opening it for the first time.

    Hope this will help.
